1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phswerte8 platform (accessible at phswerte8.asia and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phswerte8 platform. Your continued use of phswerte8 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phswerte8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and phswerte8 relating to the subject matter hereof.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The phswerte8 platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phswerte8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

phswerte8 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phswerte8 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a phswerte8 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including a valid email address and date of birth;
• Create a secure password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Confirm that you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phswerte8 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phswerte8 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phswerte8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phswerte8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phswerte8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phswerte8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

phswerte8 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name).

phswerte8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phswerte8 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your phswerte8 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. phswerte8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phswerte8 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third parties.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• phswerte8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests.

phswerte8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phswerte8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phswerte8 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

phswerte8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all phswerte8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• phswerte8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• phswerte8 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phswerte8 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Ocean Lord, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on phswerte8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, phswerte8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. phswerte8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on phswerte8 cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other events. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. phswerte8 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phswerte8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Operating more than one phswerte8 account;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phswerte8 platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phswerte8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of phswerte8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phswerte8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any phswerte8 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of phswerte8 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phswerte8.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phswerte8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

phswerte8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

phswerte8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phswerte8 platform.

11 Termination and Suspension

phswerte8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring us to do so;
• Cessation of phswerte8's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phswerte8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, phswerte8 will return any verified balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

You may close your phswerte8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phswerte8 platform, you agree to first contact phswerte8 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phswerte8 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.2 Jurisdiction

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phswerte8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
